Come and join us at Quail Stream Carpark, Forrest Park Drive at 5.45pm Thursday 3rd February 2022 ready to start 6pm.
The course set will be off road on the trails of Wither Hills Carpark. The Twin Tanks Loop.
These runs are as serious as you want them to be or as social as you want them to be whether training for an event or just getting out there for fitness and meeting other people. No-one is left behind.
